Kiesland crews are working to finalize the transformation of the former Marsh Ideas office Building into an intimate boutique hotel.  REST Boutique Hotel is a music-themed, short term rental complex located at the corner of East 8^th Street and Broadway. The property has a total of eight units that can be configured into 6 two-bedroom and two efficiencies/studios, or 4 two-bedrooms and 2 three bedroom units. The property also features a fitness center, library, conference center and wellness vending on site.

The 12,480 sf building was constructed in 1932 featuring 13’+ clear interior floor heights, reinforced concrete structure with brick/terra cotta accents.  Federal Historic Tax Credits have been applied for.
