Woodlawn, Ohio. We are in the home stretch to complete a new building for Riverside Electric, located at 680 Redna Terrace in Woodlawn. The new building is a 13,539 SF pre-engineered Butler Building. When completed, it will house the headquarters office for Riverside Electric plus additional warehousing space. The office area will be an open concept with polished concrete, open ceiling and will feature different lighting products that Riverside features in its projects. In addition, the building exterior will receive new custom siding and a Butler® MR-24 standing seam roofing system. An added feature will be the wood-framed main entrance. The owner of Riverside, Paul Gangloff is also involved in woodworking and is currently building a custom treehouse for his family, specifically, his grandchildren.
